Our mentorship style sets us apart from most coaches and external/internal contractors:
- Our staff will take time to work and train “your people” to be coaches/mentors.
- By using psychological profiling, we will match people together as mentor/mentee
- After every assignment- we will check back to assure that the changes are working properly.
- We will work with organization Human Resources on method of developing team concept.
